Job Purpose:
Smooth functioning of all admin work at site
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Office Management & GeneralAdministration
- Maintain various register i.e Inward /Outward, Muster
- Over all assistance to activities done by the Head Admin.
- Responsible for day to day officeadministration
- Taking daily scheduled reports of social workers, Monitoring and counseling them.
- Handling employees' grievances.
- Maintaining soft and hard copies filing system for company.
- Attending telecommunications for office.
- Taking meeting notes, memos & sending the meeting minutes to related team members.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification : | Graduation full time/ MBA |
Work Experience : | 3-5 years |
